The spring cone crusher consists of a moving cone and a fixed cone to make up a crushing chamber. The movable cone cone is pressed on the spindle (shaft), and one end of the spindle is inserted into the cone hole of the eccentric shaft sleeve. A bronze bushing or nylon bushing is installed in the cone shaped hole of the eccentric sleeve. When the driving gear drives the eccentric bushing to rotate, the spindle in the eccentric sleeve is driven to move the movable cone for the swing movement, so that the movable conical cone and the fixed cone are separated from the time to produce ore crushing and ore removal. The adjusting device and locking mechanism of the spring cone crusher mainly consist of a adjusting ring, a supporting ring, a locking nut, an oil cylinder and a locking cylinder. The supporting ring is mounted on the upper part of the frame and is attached to the frame by the spring around the crusher. When the crusher works, the high pressure oil enters the locking cylinder and makes the piston rise. The locking nut and the adjusting ring are slightly raised, so that the saw tooth thread is inclined to match tightly. Is the port of discharge, the locking cylinder pressure relief, the serrated thread to relax, and then start the hydraulic system, driving cylinder action, so as to drive the adjusting ring to the left or right rotation, with serrated screw drive, to achieve a fixed cone up and down, to adjust it to the port of discharge.

The safety measure is the spring group installed around the rack as an insurance device. When the non broken object enters the crushing chamber, the supporting ring and the adjusting ring supported on the spring are forced to lift up and compress the spring, thereby increasing the distance between the movable cone and the fixed cone, increasing the size of the ore discharge port and discharging the non broken objects, thereby avoiding the damage of the machine body.

Spring cone crusher is widely used because of its stable and continuous operation, large productivity and crushing ratio, low power consumption and automatic uniform feeder. But when handling wet ore with high stickiness and high mud, the outlet is easily blocked and affects normal work.
